Pulp Fiction Newsletter 3/2

Hello everyone! This Wednesday we have a deal of the week double-header for Big Man Plans #1 and Descender #1! I’m very excited for both these titles. Big Man Plans comes from Eric Powell, the creator of The Goon. I’m a big fan and Powell doing a real mean book sounds perfect. Descender is a new sci-fi book in the vein of Kubrick/Spielberg’s A.I. by Jeff Lemire (Essex County, Sweet Tooth) and Dustin Nguyen (Lil Gotham). Also, it’s already been picked up by Sony and you know you want to be the cool person who was cool before it was cool. Lemire is also taking over for Matt Fraction on Hawkeye this week. I’m sure his archer plots are all warmed up from his stint on Green Arrow.  We sold a ton of Nameless #1 a few weeks ago, but it wasn’t enough! Luckily a second printing drops this week for those that missed it. Also this week: The first issue of Star Wars Princess Leia by Mark Waid and Terry Dodson comes, the second issue for Cluster and Nameless, the first TP collection for Birthright and more!
