Pulp Fiction Newsletter Week of 11/29/17

Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a good holiday weekend. We’re still crazy busy over here at Long Beach so here’s another short intro. For those of you who couldn’t make it in last week, we’ll be leaving what’s left of the Black Friday sale out for a little while longer. Don’t forget to come in and hang out with Dylan Campbell at Culver this Saturday and check out his webcomic, Scared By the Bell. Also, I wanted to highlight this cool anthology book out at the end of December. Proceeds go Planned Parenthood and the list of contributors who have signed on to the collection include: Neil Gaiman (American Gods), Gail Simone (Wonder Woman), Yona Harvey (Black Panther), Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance, Umbrella Academy), Gabby Rivera (America), Amber Benson (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Mara Wilson (Where Am I Now?: True Stories of Girlhood and Accidental Fame), Mags Visaggio (Kim & Kim), and many more.

Planned Parenthood, and the millions of people they help each year, need every bit of help they can get. Mine! is a comics anthology with the proceeds going to Planned Parenthood. Join Eisner, Harvey, Oscar, and Emmy award winning creators for stories about trailblazing women, civil rights leaders, a person’s first time going to a PP clinic, debunking myths about sex, STI screenings, HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention, fantastical stories with superheroes, Greek mythology, and a future both with and without Planned Parenthood.

See you at the bottom…
