Pulp Fiction Newsletter Week of 3/10/15

Hello everyone! We have a ton of good stuff coming out this week! We have a deal of the week triple-header including two hot Image titles AND Howard the Duck! By Chip Zdarksy! Southern Cross is a science fiction horror story written by Becky Cloonan (Demo, True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys). The Surface is a new book from Ales Kot (Zero, Secret Avengers) and it’s tagline is, “what would happen if Moebius and District 9 had a baby?” Can’t wait to find out! Speaking of Moebius, Jodorowsky (Incal, Metabarons) wraps up his Incal trilogy with Final Incal this week and adds more ancestral back story to his Metabarons saga with Metabarons Genesis: Castaka. Fantastic artwork all around; be sure to check out the previews below.

Also this week: the first collections for Copperhead and Humans. Brian K Vaughan (Saga, Y the Last Man) called Copperhead, “the best Image debut of the year and my favorite new comic.” I completely agree! Humans is yet another entry in the over-stuffed biker ape-sploitation genre from Tom Neely (Henry and Glen Forever) for fans of trashy goodness. See you at the bottom!
