Pulp Fiction Newsletter Week of 5/25/16

Hello everyone! We all know what the big book is this week and HOPEFULLY you haven’t had it spoiled for you so far. Of course I’m talking about DC Universe Rebirth #1, the opening shot in DC’s sincere attempt to bring back the glory days. Or at least that’s what it sounded like me. DC is really looking for you to try this book, so much so that this issue has 80 PAGES OF CONTENT with a cover price of $2.99! AND…we’re going to sell it for half off. That’s 80 pages of content for a buck and a half! The DC Rebirth initiative is line-wide, and we’re going to be selling the first issues of all of their series for half off as well, all throughout the summer…whew!

The Culver City store is also hosting the Comics Jam and and Page-Turners Graphic Novel Club this weekend so come in and hang out with other people that love comics! The next Manga club meeting is on the horizon as well!

It’s a lighter week for everything else. Marvel has a couple of new series out this Wednesday, and DC is wrapping up its Final Days of Superman and Darkseid War arcs as well. Highlights on the trade side include the next trades for Black Science and Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. See you at the bottom…
