Pulp Fiction Newsletter Week of 6/13/18

Hello everyone! Lots and lots of new books await you below, but first some news. Marie is leaving us soon for greener pastures. I’m thankful for her time with us and wish her nothing but the best. She was a huge help while I was trying to get the Culver store on its feet and she has been an excellent steward since I left. She has a little message she’d like to share with those she may not get to say goodbye to personally:

Hey all,

The time has come that I have to move on from Pulp Fiction. It has been a fantastic three years and I’ve been lucky to meet all of you.

My last day working in the shop is the 18th, though I’m sure you will see me around, since I still need my comics too!

Also, I have been working on a side project: thoseotherindies.wordpress.com
It’s still rough around the edges, but the main goal is to talk about Japanese comics the same way you and I would talk about Man of Steel #1. Or whatever else I feel like. I can also be found on Facebook under Marie Tietje and Twitter @ladylyanth, though I’m not the most active on social media.

You all have made working at Pulp Fiction so much more than a job, and I will miss seeing you all each week.

– Marie
